You’re Almost There: Seniors

By: Alexa Stanley/Social Media Director

The end of the year is filled with warm weather, prom, spring sports/productions and senioritis! It’s so easy for seniors to get distracted at the end of the year by focusing on prom, the senior trip and graduation…but you’re not there yet! We have two weeks left until the senior trip and three weeks until graduating from Blue Ridge. Within these next few weeks, seniors need to keep in mind that the end of the year is so close and we need to stay safe. On Friday nights, you may be thinking that an after-party is a good idea or that drinking will make everything more fun. DON’T DO IT!

At the mock car crash held by Blue Ridge’s SADD Club, Mr. Supko stated “It only takes 10-15 seconds to make a decision that could change your future.”

Within these next few weeks, lets keep in mind what Mr. Supko said and that you are almost graduated! Don’t let a bad decision change the course of your future plans. Stay safe and finish out the year strong! We are almost there!
