“I feel as though, if you’re able to control your dreams, you have more power and control over your mind. Therefore, I feel like it creates the ability for you to achieve more things in reality.” – Juice Wrld
Kaylyn Lewis is a senior at Blue Ridge this year, and in her 4 years of High School, she’s played volleyball and softball for 4 years, managed the Lady Raiders team for 1 year, and participated in National Honors Society, SADD, Leo Club, Science Club, FBLA, and journalism.
With everything Kaylyn has done in High School, she also hopes to be able to continue playing volleyball when she starts college. She will be attending Binghamton University to study pre-health and become an athletic trainer. And later after that, her dream job is to be an athletic trainer for a University, or potentially a professional sports teams.
Looking ahead to Binghamton University, Kaylyn anticipates college as a whole to be stressful, though she is excited and anxious to be going. As for underclassman, Lewis’ advice is to “Enjoy your moments in High School, it does go by fast. Surround yourself with people that bring out the best in you, but also set time for yourself. You are always going to have yourself at the end of the day.”
