Senior Feature: Hunter Heeman

By: Ryan Glatzel/Senior Editor

“I’m here for a good time, not a long time” -Earl Dibble Jr.

As Hunter Heeman’s senior year is coming to an end, it isn’t going to stop there for her because once she graduates she will be attending Shippensburg University. Even though her dream job is to be a stay-at-home dog mom, she plans to major in exercise science.

During her high school career, Heeman has participated in various activities. She managed the Boy’s varsity volleyball team for 3 years and did FBLA for 2 years. Heeman also was on the Girl’s varsity volleyball team, starting for all 4 years of her high school career. After her senior year Heeman’s number, 13, was retired. She plans to continue playing volleyball when she gets to college.

She anticipates the next few years of her life will be “the best 4 years of my life” compared to high school.

When asked to give underclassmen advice Heeman would leave behind is a simple, “Good Luck!”
