Senior Feature: Carson Gallagher

Senior Carson Gallagher plans to go to University of Maryland, Baltimore for financing.

“I want to further my education, and I have always been interested in financing.”

Gallagher, who says he enjoys playing and watching sports, is a member of the school’s basketball (9th-12th), volleyball (9th-12th), and golf (12th-12th) teams.

While being an all year round athlete, he also plays a part in the school’s clubs, SADD (10th-12th), NHS (11th-12th), FBLA (12th-12th).

Carson’s favorite high school memory is when the basketball team won league. This is his favorite memory because this basketball team was the first team to win their league in Blue Ridge School history.

R.R. What will you miss most from Blue Ridge High School?

C.G. I will miss my friends and all the good memories we have had.

R.R. Who is your favorite teacher, and why?

C.G. My favorite teacher is Mrs. Davenport because I always enjoy her classes.

R.R. What is your favorite class this year?

C.G. I’d have to say my favorite class is entrepreneurship.

R.R. What is your favorite lunch from the school’s cafeteria?

C.G. My favorite school lunch is tacos.

R.R. Do you have any advice for underclassmen?

C.G. Spend as much time with your friends, don’t take school so seriously and over stress.
