Pros of Coffee

Alisa Dauro/ Senior writer

Have you ever woken up one morning feeling really tired because you didn’t get much sleep? You feel so exhausted and you splash your face with cold water or do some exercise but nothing is helping? Have you thought about trying coffee?  Well around 150 million Americans consume coffee every morning. Overall coffee consumption is up 5% across the nation. https://dealsonhealth.net/coffee-statistics

Some of you may not believe this but, drinking coffee has a positive impact on your health. Its nutritional benefits can actually help you to live longer. There are so many pros to drinking coffee in the morning and I will explain.

While drinking coffee your body processes glucose such as sugar that is good for the body. Having sugar in your body can increase your energy levels and give you a stronger immune system. Also you’re less likely to develop heart failure. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/top-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-coffee

There are more benefits that can help you realize that coffee is actually good for you. Some benefits are, boosting energy levels and physical performances such as going to the gym or just being active! So if you want to go to the gym or do something, you better have your coffee because it’s delicious and you can make it your own way! Also, you might need it! It may also help weight management and support heart health.

Therefore, I believe drinking coffee every morning is a good thing and helps benefit you. Also, if you have bad anxiety and can’t consume too much caffeine then there’s always decaf coffee. It has the same benefits but the caffeine level is lower which can help anxiety.
