New National Honor Society Members

Nine Blue Ridge students have been selected to join the National Honor Society at the group’s annual induction ceremony on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization that recognizes high school students for their academic scholarship and community service involvement.

According to Miss Sarah Yeust, National Honor Society advisor, of 46 eligible students, only 13 applied.

New members were announced in school on February 11.

Congratulations to the following students chosen by the teacher committee of the NHS: Reese Allen, Jacob Birtch, Marissa Derrick, Kory Flynn, Ryan Glatzel, Alexis Parks, Trista Stone, Ashley Tomassacci, and Danielle Tierney.
