Bye, Bye, Birdie Musical Comes to BRSD Theater

The Blue Ridge Theater Department will present the musical Bye Bye Birdie on Friday, and Saturday, March 1- 2, 2024 at 7 p.m. and on Sunday, March 3 at 2 p.m. in the Blue Ridge School District auditorium.

The original production of the play was first introduced to audiences in 1961 on Broadway and won four Tony Awards.

Bye, Bye Birdie is the story of talent agent Albert, and his girlfriend who are trying to save Almaelou Music Company after a star client is drafted into the army.

BRSD music teacher Amy Zakaroskous directs.

The cost of the tickets is $7 dollars for adults and $5 dollars for students and seniors.
