Boys Basketball Breaks 100 Points in One Game

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, the Blue Ridge Boys Basketball team hosted the Meteors of Montrose in their last league match-up of the season with a victory win of 101-72.

The night began with senior night acknowledgements, celebrating the six basketball seniors, Dylan Bradley, Connor Cranage, Carson Gallagher, Austin Grover, Ryan Scott, Morgan Thomas and the two senior managers, Madison Makosky and Micah Edwards.

Cranage achieved a new personal and school record with 48 points in a single game.

Team: 101 points; 46 rebounds; 26 assists; 10 steals and 6 blocks.

Cranage: 48 points and 11 rebounds

Bradley: 12 rebounds and 5 blocks

Scott: 16 points

The Raiders next game is Monday Feb. 26 to play in the PIAA District ll Championships against Holy Cross in a rematch at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
