40 Foot Rock Wall

By: Emma Davis/Editor-in-Chief

As the year comes to a close, the school tries to provide students with fun things to do throughout the day. On May 28 some of the students participated in field days or were able to do fun activities in the art room.

For May 29, a rock wall that stands 40 feet tall was located by the track for students looking for a challenge. In addition, the teachers and staff are welcome to participate too!

Some of the students were asked how they liked the rock wall.

Emily Hanson a junior soon to be a senior explained, “Once I did it I realized how hard it was. I also have no muscle strength so…But I did get to the top!”

Braddoc Lusk also a junior soon to be a senior stated, “It was pretty cool, I was lowkey scared when I got to the top though.”

However, to climb the rock wall a permission slip must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. The permission slips are located in the guidance office.
