This February once again we will have one of the most watched sporting events in history. On average about 112 million people watch the Super Bowl according to NBC. In Super Bowl 52 the Philadelphia Eagles will square off against the New England Patriots. Both teams had exceptional years with the Patriots and Eagles both finishing with the number one seed in their conference. Both teams have an incredible offense and defense, but who will come away as world champions?

The New England Patriots are making their second Super Bowl appearance. After winning last years Super Bowl against the Atlanta Falcons in one of the greatest comebacks in Super Bowl history, recovering from a 25 point deficit. Tom Brady has always been in the conversation of the best quarterbacks of all time, but this year he is having a break out season. Brady is currently in the MVP race with almost 5,000 passing yards and 32 passing touchdowns in 16 games.

As for the Philadelphia Eagles they are making their first Super Bowl appearance since 2004. The Eagles are currently 0-4 in the Super Bowl and are definitely looking to change that. After losing their star quarterback Carson Wentz, the Eagles have relied on Nick Foles to bring a championship to the city. Foles is the first QB in NFL history to have over 100 passer rating in his first two playoff starts. Foles recently had an incredible game against the Minnesota Vikings finishing with 352 passing yards and 3 touchdowns.

Both teams have a red hot quarterback and the biggest fan bases in the NFL. To say this years Super Bowl is going to be a good game is an understatement. Despite the amazing offense on both teams, do not look over their defensive fire power. The Eagles have the #2 overall rated defense in the league and the Patriots have the #3 overall. With both teams firing from both sides of the ball, it’ll be a tough game. Who you got?
