Art teacher Sarrah Dibble-Camburn is hosting a virtual Raider Café this year.
Although one rehearsal has already taken place via Zoom, students who are still interested should contact Camburn at [email protected]
The event will be held on December 22, 2020 at 6 p.m. on Zoom. A link will be available prior to the event for viewing.
Camburn states, “I was feeling bad for the students because this is supposed to be a festive time of year. I was thinking about when we were able to have Raider Café in the cafeteria and hold the holiday assemblies and how much fun it was!”
She adds, “When you walk around the school right now, it’s so quiet and empty. There aren’t many holiday decorations. Usually, it’s a crazy, busy time at school. So the idea just came to me. I asked Ms. Zakarauskas and she helped me start planning it. I really hope we get some students to participate. It could end up being really fun. ”
