“Like wildflowers, you must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.” – E.V.

Miranda Brulla plans to attend Seton Hall University to earn a B.A. by double majoring in criminal justice and psychology. After, she plans to attend a graduate school to earn a masters degree in forensic psychology so that she may be able to achieve her dream job of working for the FBI as a forensic psychologist.

Brulla believes that compared to high school, the next few years will be a major wake up call, teaching her to be more independent and introduce her to a new society outside of Susquehanna County.

Throughout her high school career, Brulla has participated in basketball, track, volleyball. envirothon, Leo Club, and National Honor Society (NHS).

To the underclassmen, Brulla says, “It’s okay to be competitive. Work for what you want and never alter your goals because of someone else. Work hard in high school and don’t slack off — it will definitely pay off in the long run.”

Li Ling Lee is a Blue Ridge senior who believes that everyone should be proud to embrace their own differences. She may be insecure, but she continues to get by alright. #PraisinTheAsian
