By: Paul Janicelli/Freshman Writer

“You can’t be a lion and run with the sheep.”

Kyle Maginley, a senior at Blue Ridge High School, plans to move to Florida after high school to pursue his dream of making music. He thinks that if he decides to further his education he will be taking online classes through Full Sail University. Some sports that he has participated in during his time at Blue Ridge are football, basketball, and baseball. He has high expectations for the next few years to come.

Maginley’s advice to underclassmen would be to “Be yourself and don’t let anyone control your life,” promoting independence and personality.

Maginley is also part of a music group that talks about music and plans to have tours in the future. The current name if the group is Words for Worse, and it’s about “Music artists talking about music.”
