“There may be people that have more talent than you, but there’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.” -Derek Jeter

BR senior Benjamin Burchell plans on attending Keystone College for sports and recreation management.

Through the years,  Burchell has participated in various sports but chose to focus on baseball during his high school career. Burchell says that at college he would like to try and play baseball and possibly be the pitcher.

When asked how he anticipates the next few years to be, he answered: “Hopefully the next few years in college will be a little easier knowing what I want to do career wise.”

Some advice Burchell would give to underclassmen is: “Try to set goals for yourself–find something you like to do, and never give up.”

Burchell says his dream job would be a pitcher in the MLB.
