NFL Predictions Article

By: Jesse DeLousia and Gavin Dissinger/Junior writers

Earlier this year, just about every football fan was troubled and concerned that there wouldn’t be an NFL season. Thankfully reality did not meet our expectations. The 2020-2021 NFL season just recently kicked off. Teams this year are looking very different compared to previous years! We interviewed multiple teachers along with votes from 130 people and the results are crazy.

The first interviewed teacher happened to be High School History teacher Greg Bitner. Greg claims the Seattle Seahawks and Superbowl champions Kansas City Chiefs will play in Superbowl fifty-five. His final score prediction is 35-21 with Kansas City on top once again, and Patrick Mahomes walking away with MVP.

Our second interview went quite different, History Teacher Mitchell Less believes Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens will fight for the Lombardi trophy in Superbowl fifty-five. His prediction has Baltimore walking away with the win in a close game 27-24. Mitchell believes Lamar Jackson will take MVP.

The last interview caught us far off guard. High school Math Wiz Paul Sokoloski believes the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs will battle it out in Superbowl fifty-five. His final score puts Kansas City on top 27-20. Paul also believes Patrick Mahomes will earn Superbowl MVP.

As the interviews show Chiefs, and Ravens are favored by the fan base to win the Superbowl. We tallied 130 different votes on who people believe will walk away with the Lombardi trophy. The top voted teams in no specific order were Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs, and Seattle Seahawks. Click the link below to view the exact amount of votes for every NFL team!
