RR: What are your plans after high school?
LS: “After High school, I will be learning to use a new communication device that may open many doors to countless opportunities. I will also be pursuing credits to further my education. I am very interested in writing so I am planning on using my new device to aid in this interest.”
RR: If you’re going to college, what will you major in?
LS: ” I will be taking online classes – undeclared major at this time.”
RR: Will you participate in any extracurricular activities at college? What will they be?
LS: “I will continue my therapeutic horseback riding and other therapies.”
RR: What clubs, organizations, sports, etc. have you participated in? And how long for each?
LS: “Therapeutic horseback riding for 14 years, water therapy for 6 years, and 4H for 1 year.”
RR: How do you anticipate the next few years will be compared to high school?
LS: “I anticipate having more freedom to choose my courses of study and plan for my future.”
RR: If you could have your dream job what would it be?
LS: “My dream job would be writing and creating cards for Hallmark. I would write books too.”
RR: What is your favorite high school memory?
LS: “Laughing and hanging out with friends.”

RR: What advice do you have for underclassmen?
LS: “Time flies, make every moment a good one and work hard.”
Carissa Zawiski is a sophomore in high school who loves to try new things! She keeps herself entertained with cheerleading and spending time with friends and family. She hopes to attend college after high school and get a degree in teaching. She sees teaching as something she would love to do, and help others understand how important education is.
