Spring started a few weeks ago, but snow is still coming down. It is upsetting to most people because, well, it’s spring. There’s a few more tiny snow falls that are supposed to happen this week and possibly next week. According to the weather, it’s supposed to cool off and then start to gradually warm up soon.

Junior Jillian Stone

Junior Jillian Stone states that she hates it. Stone wants it to be over with already and for summer to come more quickly.

“I don’t like the winter, it’s very upsetting to me because this year has been weird altogether and now I’m just ready for spring,” says Stone.

Stone states that she has been having a tough time with driving in this due to mud and the ice.

“You never know what is going to happen now. You don’t know if it’s going to be icy or muddy and you could crash,” says Stone.

Stone also states that the weather is making her depressed.

“It’s supposed to be spring, not winter. This weather makes me not want to wake up and go to school in the morning because it is very cold out most mornings,” says Stone.

Sophomore Carlton W. Smith stated that he hates the weather.

“It’s stupid, mainly because it’s spring not “swinter”,” says Smith.

Smith says the toughest part is making plans.

“Sometimes the snow can mess it up and people don’t know how to drive in it. The roads can get super slick and can cause a really bad crash if they are going to fast,” says Smith.

Smith also stated that this may be the reason that people are getting sick because of the weather changing so often.
