Entry Number 013 – T.S.A. Answers

By: T.S.A./Guest Writer

Question: How do you know what to do for yourself when there is so much external pressure from friends and family?

Answer: Other people around you have such a big influence on what you do in your life. They are always around you and sometimes that is what you need, but other times they pressure you into what you don’t want to do.

Your family and friends are great to have around. They are always there for you when you need them and help you out in times of need, but they can provide an external pressure to do the right thing and not let them down. Peer pressure is something that is hard to deal with and to overcome.

So how are you supposed to do what you want when everyone else around you is pushing you the other way? You have to understand that what you want is more important. It is your life and you know what you want to do with it. It is hard to let those you love down, but sometimes it is what you have to do.

All in all, it´s your life. Your decisions are going to affect your future, not theirs. Chase after your dreams, you future, and your fantasies. If your family and friends really want the best for you, then they will support you in whatever you want to do, whether it is what they want or not.
