Decker’s Thoughts On Senior Class

By: Peyton Gelinger/ Junior Writer Ryan Glatzel/ Junior Writer

“Thoughts On Senior Class” is a Q and A segment on the Raider Reader. It is all about commonly asked questions on this year’s senior class. Questions will be asked to many teachers staff in the Blue Ridge High School throughout this sequence.

Mrs. Decker (Stang)

Role(s): P.E. and Health Teacher

Have you had members of the Senior Class throughout all 4 years of their high school careers?:

“No —— Just 10th, 11th, 12th.”

Do you think the Senior Class is ready to graduate and move on to more schooling or career opportunities?:

“Most of them, yes.”

Is it sad to watch them go?:

“Of course! It is always sad to watch a senior class leave.”

Are there some senior class members you’re going to miss more than others?:

“I will miss them all equally”

What are some of your favorite memories from or with this year’s senior class?:

“I can’t think of anything specific…”

Anything else you’d like to add about this year’s senior class, or advice for next year’s upcoming senior class?:

“Enjoy every second of it because when you leave high school, it’s the real world! And of course, follow your dreams because if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything!”
