College and Career Cafe Cluster – Round Three

On Friday, January 10th, the third college and career cafe cluster was held in the main gym. Again, middle school and high school are welcomed to attend, as long as they sign up in their flex classes prior to the day of the event. A total of 91 students attended from the Middle School and 72 students from the High School.

The organizer of the event is Middle School Guidance Counselor, Dawn McHale. She stated that, “Our event was very successful. We had over 22 different local businesses attend and received a lot of positive feedback from the participants.”

Vendors that will be attending this cluster include the career fields of:

The next College and Career Cluster Fair will take place on March 6th, 2020. It will be focusing on careers in the fields of: Law, Public Safety, Corrections & Security, Manufacturing, Marketing, Transportation, Distribution & Logistics, and Information Technology.
